As telecommunications providers we're still classed as Key Workers and deemed as an essential service.

Throughout the lockdowns and tier restrictions we've managed to continue to work safely, completing hundreds of TV aerial and satellite dish installations. Adding extra sockets for TV's in extra rooms has understandably been in high demand too!

With new, faster spreading variants of the virus and the current situation we are taking extra precautions to keep customers and staff as safe as possible. Our engineers are aware of how to operate safely in people's homes and we talk with our customers prior to arrival, and on arrival, to ensure the household understands the social distancing and hygiene measures that should be followed once work has commenced. As well as keeping up to date and following government guidelines we may also ask that you leave open doors and windows for a short time while engineers are in your home or workplace.

Coronavirus - update

Business as usual
Throughout the coronavirus pandemic, we have strictly followed public health England guidelines regarding PPE and the safety of our customers has always been at the forefront of our working practice.

We would like to stress that we are open as usual and are still following the guidelines very strictly and taking extra care whenever our customers need us.

If you are shielding or self isolating, there are ways we can still help in restoring your TV back to full signal, after all, throughout this pandemic TV is an essential part of some peoples life and their only form of entertainment.

Coronavirus Update - We are open

Following the announcement made by Boris Johnson and the government, we are still permitted to operate. Telecommunications are covered as Key Workers and therefore are deemed as an essential service.

We have already been taking precautions before the announcement made on the 23rd March 2020 to ensure we minimise the risk to our work force and to all customers. We will continue to ensure we do everything we can to stay safe. These measures include:

  • Carrying disinfectant with us
  • Using disposable gloves
  • Cleaning our test equipment with anti-bacterial wipes
  • Keeping a safe distance as much as possible
  • Wearing masks where available

If you’re in need of a repair or require our services, please do not hesitate to contact us. Despite the measures being taken, we will continue to operate and provide our professional service as much as possible to all clients.

IMPORTANT Please note, if you are suffering any symptoms of COVID-19 or are self isolating due to being in contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19, to protect both our workforce and all customers we will not be able to attend your property. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and would be able to attend after you have isolated for the 14 day period.
